ExoImperium: Space Tycoon is offline-first: you can play the full game without an account or an internet connection. If you choose to sign in, an optional account enables cross-platform cloud saves (Windows & Android), trophies, and leaderboards. We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

1. What We Don't Collect

We keep tracking to a minimum. There are no third-party analytics, no ad networks, and no data selling.

The game contains no third-party diagnostic or behavioral tracking frameworks (no Google Firebase, Sentry, Unity Analytics, Flurry, or advertising SDKs).

No Advertising or Ad Tracking

There are no advertisements, ad networks, tracking cookies, or commercial user profiling tools embedded in the game.

No Account Required to Play

You can play the full single-player game offline without registering. An account is optional and only needed for cloud saves, trophies, and leaderboards.

No Sale of Your Data

We never sell, rent, or trade your information. Your gameplay data is used solely to provide the features you enable.

2. Optional Account & Cloud Sync

Sign-in is optional. When enabled, it keeps your empire in sync across Windows and Android.

Optional Sign-In

If you create an account (via Google or email), we store a basic account identifier so we can recognize you across devices. If you never sign in, no account data is created.

Cross-Platform Progress

With an account, your game progress is backed up to the cloud so you can continue the same empire on Windows or Android. Cloud sync is what makes playing across both platforms possible.

Trophies & Leaderboards

Your unlocked trophies/achievements and leaderboard scores are stored on our servers so they can be displayed in-game and ranked against other players.

Purchase Entitlements

Store purchases and entitlements are verified with the Microsoft Store or Google Play and linked to your account so your content is available on every device you sign in to.

3. Local Game Data & Storage

How game progress and configurations are handled on your device.

Local-First Save Files

All game state data — planetary layouts, starship fleets, mineral stocks, unlocked technologies, and custom settings — is stored locally on your device. You can play and save entirely offline; sync only happens when you are signed in and online.

You Control Cloud Sync

Cloud backup is tied to your optional account. If you prefer to keep everything local, simply play without signing in and your saves stay on your device.

4. Network Communications & Platform Licensing

When and why the game connects to the internet.

Store Entitlement Checks

ExoImperium is distributed through the Microsoft Store (Windows) and Google Play (Android). These platforms may verify license entitlement at launch or update time. That communication is governed by Microsoft's or Google's privacy policy, and no personal transaction details are shared with ITGridForge.

Cloud Features Only

When you are signed in, the game communicates with ITGridForge cloud services solely for save sync, trophies, leaderboards, and entitlement verification. No background tracking or profiling requests are made.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Local Data

Uninstalling the application removes all locally stored preferences and save files from your device.

Cloud Data & Account Deletion

Cloud saves, trophies, and leaderboard entries are kept while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated cloud data at any time by contacting support.

6. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)

The core game can be played entirely offline and without an account. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Optional online features (accounts, cloud saves, leaderboards) should only be used with parental consent where required by law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
